That was when Friendly Organic® was born. Although the early days were challenging, exciting and a little scary, we felt a great responsibility to produce healthier, safer and affordable care products that will protect both families and the planet.

We were aware of the toxic risks posed by cleaning and cosmetic products and we knew that still many people are unaware that some chemicals used in these products are linked to chronic diseases like allergy, asthma and even cancer. We wanted to protect every family from this hazard. And we were right!

Our products are certified by ICFA_ ICE-A certification is accredited on the international level and is equivalent to most trusted European bio cosmetics and cleaning certifications. ICEA certifies quality of safe and wholesome products through accurate controls throughout the manufacturing
process on all the ingredients and on the final product.
What does ICEA control?
All stages of manufacturing annually undergo a rigid system of certification. A whole range of other requirements to organic products is being inspected:
- absence of artificial additives, technologies of genetic engineering during manufacturing;
- everything concerning exhaust, waste, energy sources, transport and sanitary-hygienic standards is rigidly regulated;
- production and storage are being carried out in accordance with rigid ecological rules;
- ICEA inspections (audit) are carried out several times a year, with a trip to the production location;
- a special order of documentation is being implemented; it allows to monitor all the chain from raw materials producer to end consumer; all documentation registering raw material receipt, its processing and shipment of ready products undergoes an obligatory Inspection.
Accurate dermatological and microbiological tests guarantee pure and dermocompatible ingredients, more suitable for sensitive and allergic skin types. Certified companies use practical and ecological bottles and packaging.
We are inspected and certified by ECO Control. ECO Control is a certification body for ecological
products and quality management systems in the non-food sector.
Our products are registered by The United Kingdom Vegan Society. The Vegan Society criteria for being registered with the Vegan Trademark are: The manufacture and/or development of the product, and where applicab e its ingredients, must not involve, or have involved, the use of any animal product, by product or derivative.
Our products are certified under the British Limon for the Abolition ofVivisection (BIJAV)’s Humane Standards.
Cruelty Free International works with manufacturers to end animal testing in the supply chain. To become Leaping Bunny cert fed, companies must:
- Guarantee that no animal testing takes place on their finished products and the ingredients these
products are made up of, at all stages of product development by the company, its laboratories,
manufacturers and ingredients suppliers after a fixed cut-off date;
• Act’vely monitor their supply chains, obtaining yearly assurances that no animal testing has been
conducted after this fixed cut-off date; - Agree to an independent audit of their supplier monitoring system.
Our products which may come into contact with skin are dermatological y tested. They are hypoallergenic.
